Provide the highest quality repair services at a fair price. 

Provide a written estimate of repairs prior to commencement of repair services. 

Obtain authorization from the customer for all services provided. 

Provide an itemized invoice for all parts and services that clearly identifies the type of parts utilized in the repair. 

Replaced parts will be inspected by or provided to the customer upon request.

Take reasonable care of the customer's property while in our possession. 

Provide a warranty for all work performed. Maintain a system for expediting the settlement of all customer complaints and cooperate with established consumer dispute resolution centers. 

Maintain customer service records for a period of one year.
